2009 Connecticut Nonprofit Compensation Study

Connecticut Association of Nonprofits (CT Nonprofits) has partnered with Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) to produce the most detailed report on compensation provided to employees of Connecticut nonprofits.

The report includes information on 293 organizations and 135 positions. A list of participating companies that agreed to be named appears at the end of the report. We have also included a profile of the participants by organization type, revenue, county and number of employees.
